A nonprofit entity called West Africa Partners has been established to carry on and coordinate the efforts already begun in Africa.

Hatch family takes in loves children
Marshalltown Times Republican IA
“The family’s love of children does not end at their home. Roger started an orphanage in Sierra Leone in West Africa helping about 400 children a year who would have no other option in life. “There are no social services there so if these kids don’t get help there is nobody to fall back on” he said. Roger got the idea for an orphanage after visiting Sierra Leone to do missionary construction work. After seeing how just a few dollars could help so many people he decided to start the orphanage called Jonathan’s House. Kayla has plans to work at the orphanage and help women there go through child birth after she learns how to be a midwife in The Philippines.
